canning times No 2
Went for a wade yesterday evening and after a while of searching and more searching i got into a few mini bream and a mini flatty. I thought to myself, 'geeze i want something a bit bigger then these little buggers'. Another half hour proved fruitless so i decided to walk a little further up and cast one last token cast parallel to the shore hugging bushes..... BAnG a nice 34 cm bream. Next cast bang on again and again......

Well done mate and some great quality fish.
Definately rewarding when you hook up and next cast you are on again.
Some nice pics mate - thanks for sharing champ.

Nice work Pete
You've given away that secret spot tho! Pretty big landmark in the background lol
As they say in the bream circles "who shares wins"

Ahh! I can't take it! More people posting reports, when all I want to do is get out and compile my own - But I can't due to the crappy weather... .
Good stuff Pete, good pic's as usual.

Well done again Pete, do you know the little jetty just up from where you are towards Canning Hwy? there are some absolute corker Bream hanging around there, but they dont seem to want to know, I reckon they see you and wont strike, have thoughts about not fishing from the Jetty but casting from the shore out towards them while hiding behind a bush.

Hey Hyper tackle
I like the sound of corker bream...... not to sure about which jetty your talking about, there is a small one in shallow water to the left, is that it?
I do the sniper style moves like what your talking about and after a while i quietly move onto them to jig the pilons.
Theo, pray to them weather gods.......
