    Default Early morn surface session!!!

I had heard of a few queenies cruising the streets, So I set my alarm for 4 and drove straight down to a well known spot. It was pretty dead untill around 5:45 when the mullet came out to play and there was a few big swirls in the deeper sections. After that it was pretty much game on, Plenty of surface swipes and short strikes. I managed to land around 4 from 50ish to my new PB of 78! The aerial displays of the bigger fish is absolutely insane I wish I had a video of the bigger fish it was jumping every 30 seconds insane fun. Unfortunetly though it took the popper quite deep and I couldn't get it to swim off even though the popper came out quite easy. I am under the impression they don't release to well as most of them took a bit to get going again.

I don't normally take fish so how well do they eat? best method of cooking?

Unfortunately most the pictures were blurry so I only have a couple clear shots of two fish.

8lb braid 10lb leader. would definetly go heavier next time. The little 50 odd ones I could knock over pretty quickly and was out the water 1 minute tops and took me 5-10 minutes to get swimming properly. I had the big one 20 minutes trying to swim it but didn't make it.

Well done Adam......thanks for the phone call mate. Haha, wishing I was there, just to watch the unleashed mayhem.

    Top stuff mate!

Here's a link for a recipe to eat those Skinny's, Sashimi style. Can't beat it!
