Default my best so far ........

with a great day forecast for today and a thousand people at the harbour ramp, i decided to try the burrum river down near the mouth ,had trouble with sand bars and finding good water at first but went further upsteam and found a nice rock bar, fished it hard for 2 hrs for nothing but as i drifted the last section was crashed by a great fish it went ariel straight away ,this was big and i shit myself with all the oysters about .it went straight for the rocks but with current and me reversing got it out in the open.some hectic moments as being by myself it is hard to get something like this in a net ,i have the largest inviro but still had trouble ,onto the deck and was shocked at a now new pb in all waters for barra 127cm ,i had no way of picking it up for a pic but got a few weird ones swam it for 25 minutes to revive her but all good and she swam away, what a day.

its aweird feeling getting a pb by yourself ,giving yourself high 5s lol,and hopping about ,i have landed all 3 pbs for barra with me only in boat,it would be nice to share it sometimes with others ,imazing how much adrenilan goes thru you when it happens.prob with me is i am a spur of the moment fisho and hard to organise people that quick.i have to learn to think ahead so someone can take a decent pic
