    i have fished a lot with salt men and cant remember too many bigger than that in our circles heard one from the peir last month went 135cm by all accounts and kept for the fish markets too pity too good to catch once

    agree Al, My 3 PB's have all been fishing solo!! There is a special feeling doing it all yourself, then its also great to share big moments with others....especially if they can take a photo!!!

    Fantansic salty Al. Well done!

    Also, I have made up a pole/bracket to hold my camera for taking photos when fishing solo. It simply drops into the seat pole hole on my casting deck. I have marked it so it is quickly aligned and have cut the pole to the correct height for a photo when I'm sitting in a chair at the rear. I have a remote control for my camera and can rattle off several photos nice and quick. I guess you could also use a manual timer feature instead but it would be hard with larger fish to get ready quickly. It's very simple and effective. Will try and post a picture of my setup tomorrow.
