Default Testing out a few lures.......

    G'day,

Well, I decided that I better make sure all those second hand lures I bought the other day could actually swim, so I set out for a fish early this morning. It was an absolutely beaut day weather wise and the fish were about as well which was nice.

Queenies provided plenty of fun today. Caught about a dozen today up 90+ cm. Love catching these guys. Another highlight was a crazy bream bite this arvo. I pulled 5 pikeys off one snag alone that were about 30cm or better. They were pretty savage buggers, taking the big livies that were meant for barra and hooking up on 5/0 hooks on 55lb leader!

Had some good hits today. Check out the rod holder photo. It went off like a rifle shot when it cracked. Really lucky not to lose that rod as it actually belongs to BB!

    Cheers,
    Roo.

Looks a magic day on the water, with some nice fish thrown in.
Hope you've still got some more of those lures to test.
