Default Another Top day with a heap of fish!

I hit the rivers yesterday to try for some trevs. I was greated with a few small bream and trevally so was a good start. Finally came accross a decent GT that pulled a bit a of string. Couple more drifts and came tight to a nice little jewie.

I was inspired to try find a real jew today. Come alarm clock time I didn't want to get out of bed but somehow dragged myself up. Greeted with a beautiful morning I made way to my spot.

First cast in and has my plastic drifted into the eddie * whack* I was on to a decent fish after It had its first run then had enough energy for a few more short runs I knew I was close to my goal trying to get a legal jew this winter. Came up short by 1 cm but still pretty bloody stoked! I threw around a bit more and could only manage another 2 small jews.

I Couldn't give up there though so I went to try find some trevs. Stumbled on a nice school of Bigeyes and GT's I had a fair bit of fun with them for an hour or so with nearly a fish a cast.

The trevally moved on then the tarpon moved in. I had a ball on these even though only 2 were boated. Bloody hard to stick a hook into once they jump.

Good fishing there and the zman minnowz seems to be doing quite a bit of damage. Did one plastic last long amongst the GT?
I go fishing not to find myself but to lose myself...

Those Zmans last forever. They don't break, even a hairtail doesn't even damage them

I used 2 plastics all day. Only had to change because I got busted off. Can't believe how well they last a little bit if super glue to hold them on the jig and your set.
