Default Not a fish to be seen.

Went for a quick flick this arvo in my normal passage spots.
For the first time in a long time there was not one fish boated.
To make things worse I decided to cut a bank a little early and sucked in a gut full of mud, it took me a good while to get water pumping again.
When it finally started I could pee harder.
So when I got home off come the leg up goes the hose and a new impeller ordered.

I spose you need trips like this to keep you in your toes I guess.

Funny how fishing goes. Three lizards hooked in 15 casts - but I put the placcie away and concentrated on tings. We chased the little buggers all day for not much. Makes you wonder if we had decided before the ttrip to have a lizard day - perhaps it might have been more fruitful. But we were determined to find the other little buggers lol. Thats fishing.

There were at least 5 other boats in sight in one spot doing all types of fishing and no one landed a fish when I was there.
    So it wasnt just me.
I can only put it down the big tides and maybe the northerly winds.
