    Default King Tide Sesh

    Hey guys,
Put in the hard yards this morning to fish a 545am low tide with the massive tidal influence. Todays low was 0.2m and the high was 6.4m.
Anyways, getting up at 330am sure did pay off as I ended up with 5 big bream between 30cm and my now new PB of 36.5cm.
My mate Dan caught 2 nice Jack. One being 39cm and one slightly smaller at 37cm. Dan also caught a 30cm Fingermark as well , which was a new species for him.
I caught all 5 bream on a 3inch prong and Dan caught his fish on a combination of prong, Z-man and Ecooda Shrimp.
There were some massive surface strikes around early this morn on day break but unfortunately didnt hook up to these larger fish.

No not at all mate. Needed the extra weight to get it out there to where the fish were biting. If anything it would have just made it sink a bit faster. Wouldnt have inhibited the action in any other way
