Finally kicked the year off with a nice red!

I have had a couple sessions now this year where I have pulled small not worth mentioning fish or have just been wiped out by solid beasts. I was on a water rather early this morning too have a look around for a red beast. I fished a lot of snags for catfish,bream,flatties etc etc then finally came tight to a good fish. Fish was caught on a 1/8th 5/0 Z-man 5 inch grub 15lb braid 20lb leader. My leader was pretty much wrecked all the way to the leader knot He went a little bit spastic in the shallow stuff!.
