    Default rock bottom!

phone 024.jpgwas fishing in a "hole" down in coomera river. ( where a 30lb barra had previously been caught....yes a barra!) anywho, its a 3-way intersection where 2 canals and the main river meet. where i was perched was easy access to the "hole" and under a bridge where jacks and big bream gather. so its 8pm, out goes a live baited line in the hole (herring) and i was flicking my glow in dark grub plastic under the bridge. mind you its all rock and weed and snag bottom. after 10 min wack, here we go. pulled up 49 cm flatty. nice , in the bag. then threw again in nearly exactly the same spot ......wack , woohoo, on again. another flatty, this 1 went 42cm. things were very quiet in the hole , and only used two live herring. so after another hour or so i packed up and headed home.
