    In the 898 are you getting any distinct barra outlines... How's the downscan quality ??

    the 1198 of Trevs is prob the best side scan view of any sounder Ive seen to date, I would call it "super tuned"- its like watching TV

    Scotty's Lowrance in his little green polly is pretty good too. More technology in that little boat than on the space shuttle...

    mate you cant get better outlines and shadows than what you can see in the pic ,sometimes when they are out wider you can see the bigger shadow in the shape of a barra .
