Brisbane fishin 05/06

G'day all. My 3 day fishin mission to Brisbane has started. Had a good arv in the river once we figured out a bit of a pattern. bream were menacing early with quite a few coming aboard, sadly the size of the said bream was pitafull. Got one little jew. I mean little, a 300mm specimen.

The snapper came on an hour before dark. And bit well. Boated 9 with only 4 nice sized ones in the 45 to 50cm range. The others may have been legal but were throwbacks in my boat.

Hit the islands in the am for some pinkys in the shallows and maybe the river again in the arv.

How did the fishing today go Gippsy??

I am trying to decide where and when to go fishing this weekend myself atm.

Mangajack. Had a mixed day on the river. Early morning was steady. Got a ok sized snapper maybe 50ish out the port along with a few little tackers and a stone fish on the softie that was a bit different. Went to a new little hidey hole I been fishing lately for a few more little buggers, and a good old fashioned smoking. Steamed to peel around lunch time was super calm and clear. Got zip out there. Come back in to the river for the making tide in the arv for a couple more snapper and some small bream. Had a bit of interest by a couple of big fish that pulled the pins straight on our blades. Upgraded to a bit heavier tackle and a thready buster. Within a few casts hook up on a real nice fish. Got the rough end of the pineapple here and rubbed through my leader near the boat. We did get a look at him but a jew of about 8 kilo.

That making tide in the arfternoon seems the go.

Can't seem to attach photos from my phone. How do we do that. I select the photo to up load but won't upload. What's trouble shooting on this quandary.

Holy mackerel what have I done. And how did that get upside down.

I guess you worked the upload thing out LOL. It may have something to do with the file size Chris. If you can take the pics in a lower quality that may help but you got those others up there. Good to see the camera is finaly working lol.
