My mother is a bit under the weather at the moment so asked the boss for an early mark to look after her for a while during the day as the doc does not want her left alone, so I hooked the boat on the car as well since she lives at Redcliffe and went an stayed a few hours till my relief came,and I was then able to get out for a fish , weather was nice so went for a fish at margate beautiful conditions fishing was slow but managed 2 snapper around the 40 plus mark and a bream just as big that fought harder.
coming back in just on dark towards the woody point jetty lights on and going half throttle I get a glimpse of something out the corner of my eye so i back her right off and a Unlight tinny goes straight accross my bow 20m away If I had not seen him at the last minute I would of T boned him. I dont mind giving right of way but you got to be able to see the damn boat first
