I too fished the classic so I will add my hard luck story. We had a 90+ Fish eat a 38cm flathead next to the boat.do,h, then let go when the net came out.

Good report Funchy, great to meet you and Wayno, thanks for dropping in each night for a catch up, and a hand.

Its a big comp with long hours, plus having to socialise every night, I am still recovering too. Great fun though, the weather was pretty good, and the fishing was good - according to overall numbers.

I am just waiting for some photos, and I will put up our report.

    Cheers,

    Matt

    Funchmyster,

Goal for next year........... Team in top 100 and both of us in top 100.

I took a comparison from this year to last year and if we had the points from this year, last year the team would have came 92nd..
anyway 2 or 3 more good fish and we would have jumped into the top 100 this year.....

    next year!!
someone told me the other day that there are more important thing's in life than fishing, to which i replied..... what?

Then again, I might go in it next year and the Funchmyster will automatically go back one place.

Good to hear you have your fishing time back Sam. Will definitely get you on board Leapin Lizards soon for a flatty bash
