    Default Coupla snaps...

Had a look at the post weather event bay this morning with Kyle. Found a reasonable bite with enough to keep us interested until 10.00am. Kyle's best were a 42cm snap on a soft vibe and a 38cm snap on a small hardbody. My best was also a 42cm snap caught on a green spinner.

Around 30 fish between us for the morning including pike, morwong, flathead, moses perch, whiptails and snaps...

    Good fun.

    Cheers Pete & Kyle

Nice work Pete and Kyle. Still can't grasp the fact you pair nail these fish in skinny water on lures. Still trying to get one on soft plackies. BUT I will forge on till the job is done could be awhile, i'm a bit of a gimp when it comes to fishing artificials.
    Cheers

Thanks Gaz. Not all from skinny water this morning (though my big un came from 1.5m), Kyle's was hooked in 12m...

I love the way you two 'reinvent the wheel' with trout spinners for snaps. Well done lads.

Not 'us two' Wilson, just Kyle. He gets these crazy ideas and when they work I copy them!

Kyle is fast becoming the"Guru" Pete. You two would get a bite in a puddle.

Only for bass Simon, not for snapper (yet)...

Lordy.... Haven't been on in a while, but was talking to Graham about similar just tonight.

Berkley "slo mo's" on sneaky fisho have me knocking up knife jigs and slices in much the same way for deeper inshore work.

K-mart can provide materials for 4 colours at less than $10 a piece I reckon... with left overs for Sooties.

Credit to Pete & Kyle though. Love that you two are in the thick of it.
    Alex.
