    Default Noosa Dreaming

Well this trip is turning out ok. After a set back on Saturday morning when we woke up to wind rain and some lowlife had nicked me fuel tank. We regrouped and headed out Sunday for a go down Woods Bay for a couple of bumps so we then headed back up the River and Anne caught a nice Bream before the wind chased us in. Monday morning miserable,so we waited until the afternoon and had another session down in Woods Bay with a heap of other boats and Bream was the only fish about. Everyone was catching them. This morning gorgeous, out early up the first ski run and 3rd cast with the Zman 4" Diezel in Pinfish was grabbed by a fighting little Trevally. 20 fish all up for the morning, mixed bag of Trevally,Grunter and Bream. Theres some good size Bream getting around. This afternoon/evening we went back to Woods Bay and about 2nd cast Anne came up with the fish of the day a nice Golden gobbled her prawn. Despite a brave effort on 8lb mono, she couldn't pull it up and was struggling to hold the rod and wind the handle. So,she was worried the fish would be lost and "insisted" I step in and save the day. She came up with a nifty bit of net work to get it in the boat. After we got it in the boat we looked up and boats were coming from everywhere to get some action. After that excitement Anne went back to normal service catching Bream. Finished up getting our pic taken as we were heading in by Noosa Fishing 30 odd fish for the day equals happy campers.image.jpgimage.jpgimage.jpgimage.jpg

Top stuff Paulo. You'd nearly be considered a local there by now wouldn't you. Keep up the good work, and may your lines be tight for the rest of your time away.
    Cheers
