    Default River choppers

    hi all
i have been watching tailor busting up all over the place in close to the shore over last few days. Had a chance this arvo to get out and chase them but was a bit choppy in the bay, so made my way up the river for a berley and bait session. Over about 3 hours managed 4 nice choppers and one flatty, also had one blistering run but no hookup. Was pretty slow going but happy to get a couple fish for the smoker tomorrow night .
All fish caught on ganged pilly with tiny running ball sinker.

hey shane, i got out around 3ish and was blowing a good 10ish northerly. was a bit of a pain out in the open in the river, but found a good spot bit further upriver out of the breeze.
