    Those impregnated rubber wrist bands you can buy are pretty good, more a prevention than a cure.
    I did a week anchored at the mouth of the Mary River in the NT fishing the run off, mozzies and midges were absolutely out of control, I came thru pretty unscathed

    Yes, you can also get bands with a small pocket that takes a replaceable citronella insert.
    one on each wrist and ankle.

    I beleve Bundy works.Must be taken internally.Dosen't stop the bites but you hardly notice them.
