    Like it chewy. Good to see a few fish about. Even though the conversation rate was poor, sounded like an ok day.

    I hit a roo once on the River Heads road once, lucky he hit the boat trailer frame and not the car or boat. A split second earlier, and Id have been in major trouble. Just missed a huge roo at Craignish once, they can pop out anywhere. The perils of fishos hours early in the morning on these long roads. Glad to see your still hitting the fish.

    Reckon you're right Chewie. That's exactly what threadies do. They either hit hard and run or they come straight at you.

    I've swapped to using a 4000 or similar spinning outfit now to retrieve faster to keep up as they come straight in.
