    Default Brunswick heads - help

    Hi All,

I'm spending a few days at Brunswick Heads next weekend to catch up on some much needed family time.

I'm not familiar with the waters down there and will hope to get the boat wet each day.

What is the river entrance like, generally? From what I have seen by watching boats come and go previously, it seems quite benign, but I am well aware that this does not set a precedence.

I will have my young boys on board so I'm not looking to spend hours and hours out, but is their a likely spot to troll for an hour or two in the morning for a Mac at this time of the year?
Also, weather pending, are there any recommended areas inside the river to chase a flattie or other bread and butter species?

Thanks in advance for any help.
    Cheers, Rhet.
