    Of interest in the video, besides Petes scratching, was there was tracts of mangroves for hundreds of metres which are dead. It appears by the other gum trees etc that the place copped a bad storm and hail I'd guess. Some epic destruction.

    There's a few similar spots down this way where all mangroves have died off in patches like that.
    I've been of the belief that these were fuel spill areas.....just a guess though.

    I reckon this one was a twister with hail judging by the amount of broken off mangroves all over. If ever I get this drone it'll make some good footage.
