Reddy Shallow Reefs Anzac Day.

hi all
A few fish from this morning fishing the shallow reefs off Reddy. No snapper but a bit of variety. Few throwbacks also including a small wrasse and a netted / gold spot sweetlip / morwong sort of critter.
Plastics were proving to be fruitless early so we swapped over to jigging some blades and soft vibes and started to find a few fish.
We also found some new ground in close which no doubt will get a working over in coming months.
Mac Tuna busting up schools of hardiheads in very close to shore was a good sight also.. threw a few slugs at them for zero luck.
Thanks for the invite again Tony, shame we couldnt find that snap this time.. although a good chance we both dropped one each.

p.s. i should mention, Tony bagged both the cod and flatty and sent them home with me for dinner. My catches were less notable.
