I was amazed Dean, when it comes to crab she's a fiend. There was even a crab cooker at the unit. She did say today we should've kept it lol.

Sounds like a great holiday Paulo.
Maybe a silly question... What's a crab cooker?
We've got a massive stock pot for boiling them and woks for chili crab but is there a better way?
I guess even when we buy muddies they aren't the size of those Northern buggers.
Basically Ducky its a big stock pot lol

About $200.
You can get cheaper ones but they're usually 20 or 30 litre pots/basket. Ok for cooking a couple of sandcrabs.
If you want to cook a 3-4 mudcrabs ( like Stanage Bay ones) or a couple of kilos of prawns, u need larger capacity 40 litre pot and a power heater so pot wont go off the boil when you add crabs or prawns.
Nice one Paulo, shoulda headed a little further south to Caloundra for a day trip and we could have caught up for a flatty fish. I could have taken you to some of Did's fav spots
Like the sound of that Funchy,we did go to Caloundra but for grandsons first birthday, the wind was awesome it was on the Saturday. We could get Dids along for a Master Class...although he'd probably want paying lol.
