    Default Raiding Did's spots

Hit the water nice and early with Rob (Mojoes for those that are on other sites). Seemed he needed to get out on the water for a fish and given the wind of late he hasn't been able to get offshore so he hasd to settle for his first estuary fish in many years. It wasn't long till Rob was on to a couple of nice size lizards. A steady stream of fish came on board until the top of the tide around 8am until things slowed at the top of the tide. I then went down to a new spot I found all by myself without any help from Did's and scored a nice 70cm model that we got a couple of pics of then released. As the tide turned and there was a bit of run we landed a few more.

We ran into Did's and Shagga who also put a couple on board.

Nice going mate. At least over the high tide Dids shouldn't be challenged by water depth

Usually the bloke behind is referred to as the follower Funchy, that'd be you. Yes we lost count of the fish coming on board our boat, however my wife has told me to except you generous offer to fillet the flat ones, it appears it's not one of my better skills.

Yeah have seen that a bit. Next time I see it I will have a closer inspection. Wonder if it is irritation from the keeper net?

Yes, thats what I thought, but wasn't sure.I haven't used the keeper net before and it's the first time I've seen it, so that makes sense. I look forward to our next encounter Grasshopper!
