Passing the time.

So with a little time to kill waiting to get my wrist sorted i have been out and about a little, with Sam home from Uni for a few days, we set the pots and got a few crabs, and a few fish.

Was good catching up. No trout though unfortunately. We had a cool morning, encountering some dolphins herding up the mullet in the river as they do this time of year. We got a few fish, and a couple of good crabs, the best going just about 2.5 kg, which is my best crab.

Following that we headed to Woodgate for a few days of relaxing. Caught up with Pete,Mel and Abbey and did some paddle boarding, and Kroppy and Marnie with the new bub.

Probably drank too much beer and ate too much pizza but thats life. I did a little boating, Meg fell out the boat, caught a gazillion queenfish, a few tarpon and trevally, but i didnt really fish too much.

Gotta say i love that place. We did a sunrise yak trip with Lani and Les, and i must say i enjoyed it more than i thought i would. Cant wait to get back in September for the fishing comp, and a few beers.
