Big fan of the pepperjack. Can't beat it for the price and is better to drink than most 3x the dollars.

Thats fantastic John, thanks for taking the to write all this up, I know it takes a while.
I think AA should have a vote at the end of the year for "Post of The Year"
For me, Brians PNG Report from last year was the best and yours will take a bit of beating for this year.

Good read there Duck ...... thankfully you don't have a rod sponsorship - but I'd love to know what they were .
Looks like there was enough caught to keep you busy ..... some good fish too , well done on mixing it up

Cannon certainly do have reputation from all accounts .... & you've backed it up which is good to hear . A second trip is always good as you now know the lay of the land .
As for runoff fishing I guess you have to take the good with the bad (crowds) and the obsession to troll ..... but hey when in Rome.
How does the cost of a trip like that look ..... I imagine that it would be pretty exy

Anyhow I look forward to hearing more about it ....

    Chris

The rods that broke were a Shimano Raider Travel (Brand spanking new), Sakura Shinjin Neo (used but not a great deal), and the spin rod that was broken by definite human error was a Daiwa Wilderness (Very very well used.)
