    Default Quick bay Trip

A mate and I had been debating a trip in the bay chasing tailor but with the forecast of 15 kn winds called it off at 4 yesty afternoon , after watching weather reports last night got a call back from my mate about 7 umming and Ahhing about maybe going I checked the maps and told him the weather would be ok, but he called it off again said it was going to be cold ,
so I crawled into bed to watch the footy and about 8.30 got a text saying he would pick me up at 5 , so out of bed to prep the Boat eats . Woke up at 4,30 to 5 kn winds and not to cold so scooted over the rocks on a glassy bay ,

we we ended up getting 10 legal tailor a couple of good fish amongst them and back at ramp by 10 am in glass out conditions so not sure what happened to the forecast wind

Hahaha...I caught dozens of the buggers this morning - couldn't catch a decent fish though

Yeh there in the bay everywhere Pete but finding the time to get them sometimes easier to pay 3 bucks a kilo at Morgan’s when they have them
