Default Another day on the broadwater

A text from the maestro yesty arvo to see if I was interested in a fish down at the Pin today. A quick call and plans made to meet up at Jacobs Well at 6am. Weather forecast was light breeze to 8knots early from the east and droping off and overcast.

On the water by 6 and we headed to spot one. 15 minutes and not a touch. Headed to spot 2 and had two drifts over the area for an hour for one flatone. Off to spot 3 and not a touch. Headed to the Pin for the last of the runout to find bait fisho's lined up along the good drift area. Tried a bit of deep water bouncing to no avail.

Tried several other spots over the next couple of hours for one more flatone and a trevor. By 11am the wind was starting to pump around 15 knots and had turned northerly, so decided to pull the Pin on the Pin.

Good to catch up again Mr Didley, thanks for the invite. Good fun as usual. Try as we might, the fish just weren't playing the game.
    Cheers
    Gazza

Bloody windy and only one keeper. Rhondas leg is still not good, after having to spend 9 days in Carnarvon for treatment we are stuck in Geraldton getting specialist treatment in a wounds clinic. We are now 3 weeks behind and haven't got a bloody clue when we will get home. It is really starting to get to Rhonda now.
