Default Ningi Creek Fishing Report No 9

    Hi Everyone

Quick report from fishing trip to Ningi Creek late July with my Grandson, quite a productive day with some 30+ cm whiting one nice lizard and a keeper grunter all caught on worms, fished the run in up to top of tide, perfect weather. Really is worth making the effort even for an old bloke like me to take a young kid fishing when you see how much they enjoy the whole experience, much better then having them sit in front of the idiot box or on the xbox, will be up for a few bob shortly, promised the young bloke a new outfit for his birthday, he is keen as so won't be able to drink so much piss next month

Thanks for taking the time to read the post

Thanks Didley i am hoping he sticks with it when he hits high school, best way to keep him away from all the s*** that goes on these days, looking into doing some camping at some of the dams and trying a bit of freshwater fishing, need to read up a bit about it first but

Ron, not everyone has Grandparents as good as you or parents either.
A lot of kids get into Shit because of bad parenting and the BS excuse they're to busy, then you hear of 11 year old getting arrested at midnight. Whats that about.
Sorry mate enough of my rant ...... back to fishing.
    Good on-ya.

Thanks Gordon, I count myself fortunate to have him in my life, the young blokes had it a bit tough and I think he really enjoys the weekends he spends with Nan and Pop, like all kids and adults as well, they need some stability in their lives and some boundaries, don't have kids if you not prepared to put the time and effort into them I reckon, not all plain sailing thats for sure ,anyway good fishing to you
