Good on ya Tony, you just screwed my plans for tonight, I was going to get into the rum and have a very rare sleep in tomorrow morning, now, I am out packing the boat to hit Ningi at 5.00 tomorrow morning , good fishing by the way

Dug some mud worms and waited for the turn of the tide before feeding them out.
Ended up with 22 whiting from 28cm to 41cm, the majority larger than 33cm.
Oddly all the tings were on top of the sand banks today, nothing up the creek where I get the bigger ones usually. Side catch of catties and grunter away from the sand banks.
Total of about 4 hours fishing bait.

Should have stayed in bed mate, one whiting 36cm , one spotted javelin 33cm , 2000 bream under 20cm , 4 blue spot rays and a little stargazer. One thing I am noticing with the rays you catch in Ningi Ck lately , some of the poor buggers have had their tails cut off, I hate that, 2 of the 4 we caught this morning had the treatment , poor buggers must suffer for it, the might only be stingrays but they do a job for the ecosystem and should be left whole so they can do it, anyway time for that rum
