    Default fraser in the cold

looking at the weather last night and a couple of wind sites it looked like a great day to get out ,on the water at stupid oclock to a cold 10 knot southerly which lasted till 2.00pm before it calmed right down .started in the creeks over on fraser after a few flatty ,found heaps of small fish which is unusual for this time of year ,bartails were everywhere .moved around a bit as i the low wasnt a big one trying to find exposed banks with nice drop offs ,i tried a new rod today which is a lot lighter than normal and this resulted in me dropping at least 10 fish before i changed back to my regulay 6 to 8 kg stick.i think with it being softer in the tip i wasnt setting hook harder enough .best fish went 730mm and full of eggs so let her and other big one go .Attachment 39917Attachment 39918Attachment 39919Attachment 39920

Well done Al. Some cracking weather we are having now.
Now, I'm not saying we should invoke capital punishment for Stupidity, but how about we just take all the warning labels off everything and let nature sort itself out?
