    Default Swan River Sharks

Seems the Swan and Canning Rivers have a Bull Shark at the moment has been seen attacking a Pelican and other wildlife over the last few days, might go down there and try catch the bugger, but unfortunately ZipBaits doesn't make a Pelican lure

There have been attacks in the Swan River a few years back someone was bitten by one of these Swan Whalers, adidaspeteman told me a funny story of how he had been doing some wading this week hunting a few Bream and Flatties when he heard some people yelling at him from shore he couldn't really hear what they were saying and then a large dorsal fin popped out of the water very nearby, dont know if the water turned browner than it already is but it gave him a hell of a fright, turned out to be Dolphins. Pete you need chainmail waders mate

I had a 4 foot bull shark swim under my punt in about 2-3 foot of water on the flats near East Perth about 12 months ago. Unfortunately I was a bit slow getting the camera out. I reckon he would give you a nasty nip given the opportunity.

Bull sharks are grouped in the aggressive class with whites and tigers

My mate targeted that shark from 12am to 5am on big dead baits and live baits but didn't get a sniff, he did get around 50 bbream to 25cm on bait........

Haha! I wonder if he will make it up to Moreton Bay by this Thursday? . I'm going out with a mate targeting bay Sharks from our kayaks, if it doesn't end up raining that is. I've got my Bream gear ready, just gotta beef up the leaders from Fluoro to Wire! . We have around 30-40kg of berley to get through so I like our chances . Stay tuned, I'll be reporting on it if the weather goes good .
