Yeah that Snappski must have been a great surprise! I Am yet to score a Tassie Snapper....

No I wasn't fishing deep or anything Peter Pylon!

Ever heard of STOMPERS coming out of there?

Do you reckon they would vacate that system around this time of year?

always a few decent fish seem to be caught there to around 10lb on bait over the years, the one i caught was matched by jamie in the regatta or the ABT comp this year too.
They seem to be everywhere in the bays up around 6lb but hardly caught definately a by catch but still there nonetheless and hardly targetted.
i can confirm 2 dozen were caught once on bait but only lil fellas in one sitting a few years ago in the bay a bit further nth.
you stay not far from where they were caught , interested yet ?
do you remember a report of a juvenile caught up the road in the river in the middle of winter on sp's?, i doubt whether they go too far,prob too cold for most to sit out in their boats anchored up chasing em.
