    Hi all,
Managed to get out for a bit of a sesh last friday in the local estuary. I made my way down to my launch spot only to see another fisher already there and fishing from the shore right where I normally put the yak in. As I got closer i noticed something else, he hooked up. It tutned out to be a nice little trevally, one of my fav. fish. The next surprise was that the fisher was none other than "Dicky" another Active angler member. Rather than launch the yak, with the fish right there I joined Dicky in having a bit of a flick and after tangling his line on my first cast (oops) I quickly managed my first hookup to a nice little blurter that put up a typically disproportionate fight in the fast water and on the light gear. For the next little while we both continued to hook quite a few blurters including multiple hookups though it wasn't long before first Dicky and then I had to pull the pin due to other commitments. I never did get the yak wet but nevertheless it was a very pleasant and productive sesh and a pleasure to hookup again with Dicky. We'll have to sort out another (planned) sesh in the future.
    Cheers

I reckon they're pretty good and they are the Mr's favourite fish.
