Dawsville cut WA

Down at the Dawsville cut last night first hook up was a small ray then followed by a large hovering dinner table sized one Scotty being ever so helpful brought out the land based game chair and then high tailed it back to the car while I played this damn thing for about 55 minutes,getting drenched from the squally showers that kept coming through,there seems to be a abundance of rays at this location as we both hooked up throughout the night.We were using herring fillets,certainly gave my little saltist 40 a good run and also put some nice bend in the crystal blue powertip boy those things have some grunt bit sore in the arms today.Not a bad way to spend the night fishing,unfortunately nothing with scales was caught but then again there is always next time.
