It was looking like a nice evening weatherwise therefore me and Loren decided to go for a walk and get some fresh city air and watch the sunset down by the river. As we walked along the path I just couldn't keep my eyes of the rising tide that was realy up and pushing up onto the grass. Like any (junkie/addict/obsessed) fisho I kept talking to Loren about how good the conditions looked and how fishy the aura was. The romance of the walk died and was cut short as we soon turned around and headed home.Loren not Impressed. Like superman in a phone box I was changed and (my new Luvias) rigged. Running down in the fading light i must have looked a bit odd but 3rd cast and my new reel sang. A nice big bream posed for the camera with me as a random couple of evening walkers was harrased into photography.

    Nice work Pete,

Nothing better than christening new gear on their maden trip. I once christened a new rod and reel on its first cast on a bass at moogerah dam on a jackall mask. The luvias will give plenty off years faithful service.

    Did you use sx40 lure?

    Cheers

Now thats "Game Fishing", ditching the missus for a fish, but I know how sometimes the water just pulls you in.
