Default QLD Estuary and Freshwater licences?

    Yo to my Northern counterparts....

Heading up for the ABT Grand Final next week on the Goldy, but looking to do some fishing in my downtime!

I've neglected to research lincence requirements!!

Do I need a licence for Bream fishing, or any saltwater activity?

I assume I WILL need one for Bassing, where does one purchase them?

Thanks in advance for your help,
    Beevor

Hey mate, no license for the salt in QLD

Most dams require a license for fishing witch can be purchase on the spot at most larger bait and tackle shops (not sure witch ones on the GC). but if your planing on doing your bass'in in the fresh rivers and creeks you won't need one. Also North pine dam doesn't require a license either but no boat access. I have caught a few good bass from the bank though near the wall. I haven't been out there for awhile though so not sure how far out the decaying grass goes..
