Got out last week onto the Swan River for an evening bream spin/jig and found the blacks biting in the twilight... 14 bream with a few nice ones in the mid 30's. Might try to get back there this week and land a big chopper too, they kept throwing the trebles.

I escaped from the world and walked over to my local river for an hour or so wade. Bluegill DR Khamsin looped on and I checked out a few of my spots. The fish came on the bite, 5 bream, 3 flathead and one fish that made my drag on the 2000 Luvias sing. A drawn out rumble with a chunky 42.5cm chopper will equate to a fish curry for me and a friend tomorrow evening.

It's hard for my camera to focus in the dusk light and there is a bit of grain, sorry.

I got to get back out there asap, maybe time to wipe the dust of the yak?
