    Default Brisbane River session.

    Hey all. First report here.
Had a mad session in the brissy river yesterday.
My mate and I both caught our first Threadys on lures. And i got my overall PB. Fished a new spot and it produced the goods with threadys and cod at daytime.
Tim (me) 1 Thready 80cm on 3inch gulp minnow.
    Callum 1 Thready 40cm 2inch shrimp , 1 Cod 38cm sx40.
And a couple of ratty dirt bream meh.
All on bream gear, 6lb sunline pe with 8lb leader for me and 4lb fireline with 6lb leader for callum.

Awesome Tim. Pretty rare to get them in the daytime, land based and on lures. I haven't even caught one like that. You're mad.

Great fish mate. Would have been fun on the light gear. Doesn't look like daytime though haha.
    Cheers Todd
