G'day Nugg. Are you working at the Barra park? I'd like to give it a go one day, but I've always wanted my first Barra to be a wild one (not a pond donkey or a dam fish). Do you think I should swallow my pride and go 4 it? It doesn't look like I'm going to get up north any time soon and Noosa is'nt that good yet

Yeah I was gunna ask you the same Nugg..?
    You working at the park..??

Dids if you go down I will come with you.
Never fished there before (cause of the whole pond donkey thing..)
BUT it could be a bit of fun.
The way this weather is going it will be the only option...

    lol.
you's two will have a ball there, you's both no what ya doing so ya should clean up. they are not realy donkys, some do slug it out and dont do to much but most of them go off there heads. iv caught plenty of wild ones and there is not much diffrence, i think it just depends on the fish as iv had wild ones fight slugish . just no snags to worry about so you can let them scream off. yer i am working there now but only on the weekends. they have monster jack to dids so ya might wanna bring some livies if ya go. and herring and gt's but they are tricky, we got 76cm gh there the other night, nealy spooled my mates carado 200 on a live gar. just do it, you will get addicted
