Quiet Day on the River.

Took the crew out for a fish up the Susan today,lot of small bream,then the grandson scored a top whiting.He was dead chuffed,but that was the pick of the bunch.Nothing much by anyone we spoke to at the ramp.The DPI survey guy had been there all day and he said it was very quiet.Still,better than cutting grass.

Sometimes kev,its definately not size that matters...Good on ya Barramag for getting your grandson out on the water. I think he a bit small yet to be tackling the Yuge threadies that abound up here..but introduce him now to the joys of fishing n he'll be hooked for life...Andy is a great example of that and amazes me regularly wuth the size of fish he produces...Enjoy time with him..they grow up soooo fast..

good job Paulo, nothin beats watchin the little ones get into fishing, but it gets expensive when they want all their own gear so they don't have to use yours anymore
now i cant go near the boat without the kids screamin and climbin in. i pulled it out to do some work on the trailer and i had three kids lined up with rods in hand.
