    It sounds like you may have to download some software Mick...but l can't tell you which program. I'm sure some one on here will set us both straight in no time...l have a similar problem when opening certain emails....just crosses instead of pictures.

    Mick,sorry i have no idea..ill ask some computer friends when i get the chance. I get it sometimes on facebook but never on here yet...but ill see what i can find out...
