It all started friday Didley took me for a spin in his boat to show me all the good spots in the creek system (meaning THROW ME OFF AND PUT ME IN THE CRAP SPOTS ''THANKS DIDLEY'' TRUE FRIEND HEHEHEHEHE )
Then Didley, Matty and i went for a Romantic dinner at the RSL with sweet romantic views of the SERVO a across the road mmmmmm it was so sweet the meals were very nice though...
The fishing started at 5 am on sat morning and we all meet at the boat ramp waiting to start the comp and had meet the boys from AA the we were going to Jackoff with ( DAM THAT DOESN'T SOUND GOOD ) Matty and i went up the creek first and fished the top rocks near the bridge and i was casting a Prawnstar in the Blood Red colour when bang i nailed a Estuary Cod but we didnt take a photo???
We were still going along the same rock wall up near the bridge when Matty was on It was a nice flatty that he had got on a hard body lure

we put them all back but mmmmm it would have been very nice eating though

Then it was my turn and WOW i was on to a monster and man my reel was Smoking NOT

The Prawnstar was nearly bigger then it

And Dam i wasn't even given a prize for it

We had changed spots and went to one of Didleys HOT SPOTS
And i was casting the Prawnstar hard up on the snags on the bank and when the lure hit the water i was giving it a small jerk and then doing a very slow roll and every now and again giving it another jerk or to and continue to slow roll...i cast it hard on the snag when bang i was on straight away

I ended up with 3 Flathead and dropped one right at the side of the boat and 3 Estuary Cod and i dont know why but some who we dont have photos of them ?????
All in all it was a great trip and meet a lot of top blokes from AA and boy did we have some laughs ( OBI-WAN and BRANDON ) We had free burley from a guy chucking up right in front of us on the bridge...dam we had some laughs so thanks you 2 guys that was great...A BIG THANKS to DIDLEY for everything you had done mate...it was a great comp and your a top bloke OH and thanks for your HOT SPOTS
