Hi all, fished the gold coast this morning with a mate and landed a few nice fish. Got my first legal Jack, 40cm on a Rapala Skitterpop. Also got my first tarpon at 47cm on a 2inch prong and my mate got a 50cm on a 3inch gulp minnow.

Thanks mate, yeah the Skitterpops have a great action, but are bloody hard to keep the tarpon hooked on!!. Quick change to plastics solved that.
Also forgot to say, my mate got a 55cm flatty and I got an average bream on a Sammy.

That was a gr8 session mate,cant beat getting a few fish on the surface..love it..
