    How big was the black jew Andrew ?

    Make sure you bleed them straight away - cut down either side of the peck fins for this I only take the shoulder / eye fillet off then , skin it , slice the meat into fish finger sized strips, quick dunk in soy sauce, crumbs & fry !

    Black jew was 52cm, he was heavily spotted above the lateral line, looks like a salmon coloring in a jew body.The books say they dont usually come below Gladstone, so it must be unusual for the area.
