2010 Archer & Love River Trip

Hi guys the boats we fished from were a pair of 4m X country fitted with 30hp Etec's

As for the Jew we were fishing in a 4-6ft channel and it was taking crusing along in 1-2ft water we got one other a little smaller and 3 around 40-60cm. I have attached the google earth shot of where we cought them.

Thanks Chris. How do you rate the X Country's? How do they compare to a tinnie?

They were a great little boat did every thing we asked of them but i personaly would have liked a tinnie just some of the rocks and sand bankes we bashed over. I dont know how much thay would cop of that kind of treatment.

I think Kekoa was up around there somewhere around that time?

It is a great part of the world - we've had some great fishing at the mouth of the Love & the rock bar before the island in past years as well
