Jewfish - What lures/plastics are good?

Hey mate, I usually fish the last couple hours of run out tide and first couple hours of run in. I just go to the boat ramp there and to the left of it is a nice rock wall, and a fairly decent channel running under the bridge there. Seen a few nice fish caught there.
