    Dids have a look at this page. There is a pic about 1/4 the way down the page where they use rubber bands to hold a fish straight on a measuring board. May be able to work something out from that.
    Maybe a stick on measurer and you could leave the fish in the net and lay him on the measurer.
    As for a camera. a wide angle lens or head cam may work.

    or maybe put a measuring sticker on your paddle. Less gear to carry

    Thanks Snodge, but I don't need to measure my live baits, I'd need a net with a 70cm wide opening and then some where ti put it.
