    you on a decent block Paulo? No camp fire here in the burbs - neighbours eaves would catch on

    Brazer and heat beads rakey works a treat and bloody keeps ya warm that is for sure and ya can cook a snagg or 3 on them as well as mine has a hot plate

    Naggsy ther is a old spot on the way to rainbow beach called.poverty point so worth a look im keen to go up with ya for a look gets you onto the south westrern side of the tincanbay area . When we where kids it was a awsome crabbing spot and i reackon it still would be . Good fishing as its remote but im not to sure if there still allow camping . Just have to check out the double island point site .

    there is also another spot at rainbow chris, just inside bullock point. we have our work trip there every year...you can have as bigger fire as you want, camp rite on the water, protected from the s/e winds, leave ya boat in the water, access to the bottom end of fraser and the straights and an easy steam to kauri creek..we go in sept / oct and usually get to cast at tuna bust ups..good spot for a weekend...
    Experience is something you dont get until
    just after you need it.

    Sounds just like poverty point i gather it has facilitys there deano as poverty dont so may be worth it there rather then pov
