Nice one, it looks familiar to me.
I think I might have been there last summer.
Great work.
I love when a fish that size can pull the yak into a snag with it.
I had one take me into the mangroves last year and a branch knocked my glasses off and a spider dropped into the front of the yak at the same time.
Not nice at all. Glasses landed in my lap thankfully.
I lost the fish....

You could almost mistake that first jack pic to be a pic of a Black Bass couldn't ya?
Onya Dave.
Great read Dave & some lovely looking red fish, well done.

As always Bracey a freat report written in a manner to excite, inspire and inform the reader.
If you are not submitting these to a magazine I am sure they would be well recieved.
Again thanks for sharing your experience.
To the shed!
Great report Bracey! You gotta love it when a plan comes together!
Well done!

Thanks Daz,
I'll keep on polishing my writting skills, something I've always wanted to do, but haven't really given it much thought who to contact to get them published. Next year I was thinking of doing something along those lines or maybe one day I'll get the time to collate them all and do something with them. There are some good writers out there and feel a bit inferior just now. I have been taking in hints from respected angler, authors from their occational post or thread on fishing forums regarding writting articles in magazines or writting books on all things fishy.
Thanks for aspiring me to reach certain personal goals.
Dave
It didn't look too Red Jeff when I finally saw colour, even looking back through the photo's the markings on it's face look patchy.
Red, you can't beat the excitment of getting dragged by a fish mate, that's for sure. When I hit the bank to release it, my knees were still hitting eachother!
